Board members reviewed proposed revisions to Board Rules Chapter 6, titled “Standards Relating to Prescriptive Authorities and Collaborative Relationship,” with recommendations from Assistant Attorney General Megan Hudson‑MacRae. Anne C. Jacobs moved to approve the proposed changes as stated and to move the draft forward to a public comment period; Deborah Moskowitz seconded the motion.
