Asotin County adopts 5-Year Homeless and Housing Plan
The Asotin County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 26-07 adopting the county's 5-Year Homeless and Housing Plan after a presentation by Samantha Frederick of Quality Behavioral Health; the vote was moved by Commissioner Charles Whitman and seconded by Commissioner Brian Shinn and carried.

Samantha Frederick, Project Coordinator with Quality Behavioral Health, presented Asotin County's proposed 5-Year Homeless and Housing Plan during a public hearing at 9:15 a.m. on Jan. 26, 2026. The plan was presented for consideration and public input and the hearing record was closed at 9:25 a.m.
