The city clerk reported three open board seats requiring council action: an alternate for the Okaloosa Library Coop, an alternate for Main Street, and a primary for the Emerald Coast Regional Council (ECRC) Transit Co-op. Council considered motions to adjust representation: council approved a motion to change ECRC Transit Co-op representation (nominations and second recorded in the minutes) and appointed Mayor Pro Tem to serve as the Main Street alternate. A requested arrangement for Renschard to finish his Gas District term through December 2026 was noted as acceptable to the Gas District.
