During the Jan. 8 joint workshop, the Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission and Economic Development Authority listed a series of planning and policy priorities for their combined workplan. Items identified included code amendments, a small-area plan, an economic development plan, a focus on a shell building or business park, advancing the Cobbs Creek Reservoir water agreement, updates on solar projects, and the Luther P. Jackson Committee.
