Board accepts Administrative Law Judge findings in multiple matters, dismisses one application
The State Board accepted the ALJ's Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for agenda items A1–A5 and accepted the recommendation to dismiss the application in agenda item A6; motions carried unanimously.

During the March 26, 2026 meeting the State Board of Education considered recommendations from an Administrative Law Judge and voted to accept the proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law in several matters. Board Member Becky Carson moved to accept the ALJ's recommendations for agenda items A1, A2, A3, A4 and A5; Board Member Wes Nofire seconded and the motion carried by unanimous recorded vote.
