Under 70 O.S. § 16-114a and 70 O.S. § 16-111(E), the board allowed waivers for the schools listed under agenda items 9A and 9B and denied the waiver for agenda item 9C; motions were recorded as approved unanimously.

The State Board of Education on March 26, 2026, considered requests for flexibility in allocated textbook funds and took both approvals and a denial. Board Member Brian Bobek moved to allow waivers for schools listed under agenda items 9A and 9B and to deny the waiver for the school listed under agenda item 9C; Board Member Ryan Deatherage seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
