Chief Financial Officer Randy Hansen presented the 2nd Quarter Budget Report to the Commission. Commissioners had reviewed the report in greater detail during a Finance Committee meeting held prior to the full Commission session; Commissioner Clay Smith moved to approve and Commissioner Nick Baxter seconded the motion.
