The Lake Ridge Parks & Recreation Association Board recorded a unanimous electronic approval of a SunDek contract for $115,400 on Dec. 3, 2024, and ratified that action in its Jan. 14, 2025 minutes. President Ron Yoho circulated the proposal by email and asked board members to reply with their vote.
