The State Board of Education moved to accept the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law issued by the Administrative Law Judge and to dismiss the Application to Revoke certificates for the persons named in the agenda under the condition of one year probation. Board Member Brian Bobek moved for dismissal with probation and Board Member Becky Carson seconded; the motion carried with all members voting yes.
