The State Board of Education voted to issue emergency suspension orders for the teaching certificates and certificate numbers of the persons named in the agenda item and to set the matters for hearings before an Administrative Law Judge, citing OAC 210:1-5-6(d)(1). Board Member Wes Nofire moved to issue the emergency suspensions and Board Member Ryan Deatherage seconded; the motion carried with all members voting yes.
