State Board disapproves OCAS penalty waiver request in 6–1 vote
The Board voted 6–1 to disapprove an Oklahoma Cost Accounting System (OCAS) penalty waiver request under 70 O.S. § 5-135.2(B) and OAC 210:25-5-4; Board Member Mike Tinney cast the lone no vote.

The Oklahoma State Board of Education considered a request for OCAS penalty waivers pursuant to 70 O.S. § 5-135.2(B) and OAC 210:25-5-4 and voted to disapprove the request. Board Member Brian Bobek moved to disapprove and Board Member Chris Van Denhende seconded; the motion carried with six yes votes and one no vote from Board Member Mike Tinney.
