The Oklahoma State Board of Education voted unanimously on Nov. 20 to appoint Dr. Jennifer Hembree as Executive Secretary to the board. Board Member Brian Bobek moved to approve the appointment; Board Member Mike Tinney seconded the motion and the board recorded all members voting in favor.
