The Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association board authorized a settlement related to an adjudication of Paycheck Protection Program matters at a special meeting on March 22, 2025. Vice President Janet Foote made the motion after a closed executive session; Director Rashawnda Daniels-Atkinson seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The motion text recorded in the minutes states: "The President is authorized to sign the settlement for up to $750,000.00."
