Sheriff flags small wages correction for jail and communications positions

Sheriff Trevor Wright reviewed the County Sheriff, Water Safety, County Coroner, Jail and Communications budgets during the Sept. 3 work session and reported generally no changes apart from a minor wages issue.
Wright identified a small change needed for jail/communications employee wages and said he would work with Auditor/Treasurer Kit Johnson to make that correction in the budget draft. No vote or additional action was taken at the session; the item was recorded as staff follow-up.
