Development committee approves Catamaran Cove final plat, asks for highlighted plan revisions
The Rockledge Development Review Committee approved the Catamaran Cove final subdivision plat and asked the applicant to resubmit the site plan with changes highlighted; staff also required easement recording with Brevard County and directed renaming an access easement as an emergency access easement.

Community Development Director John Cooper introduced the final plat for Catamaran Cove and told the applicant that the approved site plan and final plat do not match, noting that any major revisions would require City Council consideration. Cooper also said ingress/egress access easement agreements must be recorded on the plat and with Brevard County to ensure continuous access.
