The Cibola County Board of Commissioners voted 5-0 on Feb. 26 to direct staff to pursue RFP 2026-003 for selection of an architectural firm to handle planning, design and construction management for a public safety training facility. Commissioner Ray Carpenter moved the direction to staff; Chair Ralph Lucero seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
