Commission approves Midwest Geological inspection to review Riverview basin work
The county approved hiring Midwest Geological Consultants to provide a licensed geotechnical engineer and hydrologist to inspect Riverview's filling of a water basin; Riverview will pay the inspection costs and a reimbursement agreement was approved subject to attorney review.

County Attorney Matt Franzese presented a quote from Midwest Geological Consultants for licensed geotechnical and hydrologic inspection services related to Riverview’s filling of a water basin. Commissioner Jerrel Olson moved to approve the proposal with the condition that Riverview pay Midwest Geological Consultants’ costs; Commissioner Chad Metz seconded the motion and the board approved it unanimously.
