Project update: footing permit only currently; crane delivered, FAA and Lifelink notified; votes recorded
The committee received construction and schedule updates: project operating under footing and foundation permit, crane delivered (FAA and Lifelink were notified), no new response from Northern Natural Gas on easement encroachment, camera and drone work planned. John Nuzum reported the project is currently operating only on a footing and foundation permit while the State works with Wold on permissions for next steps; he said he will issue a new project schedule once additional approvals are finalized. Nuzum also reported that "a crane was delivered today for use on-site next week" and that the project team contacted the Federal Aviation Administration to notify nearby airports and helipads. Nuzum noted that Lifelink was notified about the crane because a non-lit helipad sometimes used by the Highway Department is in the vicinity.
