The Board approved motions to set public hearings for several Planning Department rezoning applications to be heard on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Cases include: 26-03 (Stephen Wayne Humphries requesting RM to RU for a 4.15-acre parcel at 2010 Maple Springs Church Road), 26-04 (Eric and Amelia McCartney requesting R to RU for parcels at 1244 & 1256 Cleveland Avenue), 26-05 (Sunny Hurst Glenn requesting RM to RU for 111 Hurst Farm Road), 26-06 (Mickey Ray Simmons Jr. requesting R to NB for 804 Sam Lattimore Road), and 26-07 (Runell A. Laplante requesting RA to R for parcels at 583 Dick Spangler Road).
