The Jackson County Board approved Zoning Petition #2025-41 (Melissa Sandoval) to change 6.5 acres from R2 (Residential-Private Water & Septic) to B2 (Outlying Business) in the Town of Manchester to permit existing business operations and potential rental cabins. The Zoning Committee recommended approval; Supervisor Sarah Peloquin moved acceptance and Supervisor Desiree Gearing-Lancaster seconded. The Board recorded a voice vote of 18 Aye and 1 No (Supervisor Ed Chamberlain).
