The board approved a pay-differential policy to compensate Highway Department employees who are assigned to operate designated heavy equipment. Resolution No. 26-08-2025 authorizes a $3.00-per-hour differential for actual hours performing tasks in a higher classified/graded position and directs a review of the rate every three to five years.
