The board adopted a set of governance and administrative resolutions: Res. 26-02 (delegation of authority to the county manager), Res. 26-03 (bank depositories), Res. 26-04 (inspection of records), Res. 26-05 (Open Meetings Act compliance), Res. 26-06 (public participation at commission meetings), Res. 26-07 (parliamentary procedures & Robert's Rules of Order), and Res. 26-08 (signature authority on checks). Each resolution was moved, seconded, and approved by a unanimous 5-0 vote.
