The board adopted Resolution 26-13 authorizing Cibola County to submit the FY27 DWI Grant application and delegating authority to the county chair to execute necessary documents; the motion was moved by Commissioner Georgia Routzen Sanchez and seconded by Commissioner Ray Carpenter, passing 5-0. The commission also approved the related Statement of Assurances and a Memorandum of Understanding between the county DWI program and the New Mexico Department of Finance (NMDFA), each by unanimous vote.
