The Board of Quay County Commissioners voted to enter executive session at 9:40 a.m. on March 23, 2026 under Section 10-15-1(H)7 of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act to discuss threatened or pending litigation. The board returned to regular session at 10:00 a.m., and Chairwoman Jerri Rush reported there was “No Action from Executive Session.”
