Quay County Sheriff Dennis Garcia requested approval of the Law Enforcement Protection Fund (LEPF) for FY27. Commissioners approved the LEPF FY27 by motion (moved by Brian Fortner, seconded by Dallas Dowell); the motion carried with Chairwoman Jerri Rush, Commissioner Brian Fortner and Commissioner Dallas Dowell each voting 'aye'.
