The Northeastern Local Board of Education approved Dec. 18 an agreement with SHP to provide architecture services for approximately 5,000 square feet of additions and alterations at Kenton Ridge, including new classrooms, a CTE lab, multipurpose space and a sensory room. The architect’s compensation for basic services is listed at $220,000, plus reimbursable expenses.
