An application from Eduardo Nava, representing Chak Balam, to add a storage shed to the back of the existing restaurant was reviewed by the commission. Staff reported setbacks and building height comply with current standards, but lighting design remained unresolved and was identified as a permit condition to be addressed before final building inspection.
