The Dorset Planning Commission discussed the potential for housing on the Raptor Lane property during its Feb. 4, 2025 meeting. Vice Chair Scott Thompson reported that he had spoken with out-of-town real estate agent Joe Weitch and said pricing appeared to be the primary constraint on what type of housing might be feasible.
