The Board approved a newly created Limited Utility Status form intended to keep property records current and ensure compliance with existing ordinances. The motion was moved by Commissioner Banzet and seconded by Commissioner Truelove.

The Board of Commissioners approved a new Limited Utility Status form designed to document properties placed under limited utility status and to help the City remain in compliance with existing ordinances. City Administrator Jones presented the form to the commission; Commissioner Banzet moved to approve and Commissioner Truelove seconded. The motion carried.
