Will Langley, the Town's Road Commissioner, described repeated pavement damage when the MSW container is pulled up the ramp: he said the dumpster and skid steer "have been making some indents and there is one spot that was ripped up by the Skid Steer." Langley urged limiting container pulls to prevent further damage and recommended considering resurfacing when related work is done.
