Commission replaces Economic Development Committee member, appoints Kevin Meyers through 2027
Commissioner Duane Banzet moved to terminate Tom Hood’s appointment to the Economic Development Committee and to appoint Kevin Meyers to the unexpired term ending Dec. 31, 2027; both motions were seconded and carried on Sept. 24, 2025.

During the Sept. 24 meeting Administrator Brogan Jones reported a resignation from the Economic Development Committee. Commissioner Duane Banzet moved to terminate Tom Hood’s appointment effective immediately; Commissioner Eddy R. Truelove seconded and the motion carried. Banzet then moved to appoint Kevin Meyers to fill the unexpired term ending Dec. 31, 2027; the motion was seconded and carried.
