Board approves bills, supplemental appropriation and banking changes; budget hearing set for April 28
Trustees approved payment of bills totaling $113,876.87, passed a supplemental appropriation ordinance (Ordinance #1420) for capital expenditures pending grant reimbursement, reinstated pass-on of credit card fees via E-Pay, accepted a proposal to change Village bank accounts to Midland States Bank, and set a public hearing on the proposed budget for 6 p.m. April 28, 2025.

Trustee Kraus moved to approve the Treasurer's report and Trustee Diachenko seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The board then approved payment of bills in the amount of $113,876.87 and payroll since the last meeting; Trustee Tieri seconded and the motion passed 5–0.
