Board appoints Keith Merrill to fill vacant Seat 1; oath administered
The River Ridge CDD appointed Keith Merrill to the vacant Seat 1 (term through Nov. 2026) and Mrs. Adams administered the Oath of Office. The Board reviewed required ethics training, Sunshine Law obligations and disclosure forms for the new supervisor.

The River Ridge Community Development District on Oct. 22 appointed Keith Merrill to fill the unexpired term of Seat 1, which expires in November 2026. Chair Bob Schultz nominated Mr. Merrill; on a motion by Mr. Schultz and seconded by Mr. Twombly, the Board approved the appointment "with all in favor." Mr. Schultz thanked Kevin Ofenloch for his willingness to serve.
