During the notices portion of the agenda, multiple filings affecting Greene County and surrounding townships were recorded. Notices included: a degas borehole permit (Consol Pennsylvania Coal Company LLC) at Harvey Mine in Morris Township; FERC dockets (CP26-148-000 and CP25-528-000) related to Texas Eastern Transmission and Eastern Gas Transmission projects; Norfolk Southern requests to alter two at-grade crossings; renewal and permit filings by CNX and EQT related to well pad emissions and water management; multiple Chapter 105 and General Permit applications for pipeline and mining-related projects; and notice of several mine permit applications and post-mining changes that list township-level impacts. Michael Baker is recorded as giving several notices on behalf of various clients.
