The commission granted a -3 RDA determination for resurfacing and related work on Route 8 from mile marker 8.0 to 12.0, requiring the contractor to notify the commission where they will wash vehicles prior to the job.

An RDA submitted by Amer Raza on behalf of property owner Francisca Heming for resurfacing and related work on Route 8 between mile markers 8.0 and 12.0 was considered by the commission on April 21. Domenic Battista moved to grant a -3 determination; the motion included a special condition that the contractor inform the Commission in advance where vehicle washout/washing will occur. Commissioner Chris Chaffee seconded; the vote was unanimous.
