County approves Harris Print & Mail contract for 2026 assessment notices
Warren County approved a renewal with Harris Print & Mail to produce about 4,000 assessment notices at $0.13 per notice; postage rate noted at 0.593 with a $0.05 postage increase. Chief Appraiser Laurie Abbott recommended continuing the vendor.
