Selectboard approves contract amendment restoring 40 vacation hours to Town Manager
After entering executive session to discuss the Town Manager contract, the Selectboard approved Amendment No. 1 to correct an oversight that had reduced the manager’s vacation hours to 120; the amendment aligns the contract with the Personnel Policy and does not change salary or other benefits.

The Selectboard entered executive session on June 8 under 1 V.S.A. § 313(a)(1)(A) to discuss the Town Manager’s contract and returned at 8:30 p.m. Upon return the board voted unanimously to approve Amendment No. 1 to the Town Manager employment agreement, authorizing the Selectboard Chair to sign on behalf of the board.
