Street committee asks administrator to review street impact fee code after developer request

The Street Committee reported that Marcus Tanninan, who is building a commercial structure in Davenport, requested that his street impact fees be waived or reduced. Committee member Mike Wilkinson said the committee recommends reviewing the relevant city code and possibly rewriting the ordinance to address such requests.
