Weybridge planning commission outlines town plan rewrite after grant denial
After a grant denial, the Addison County Regional Planning Commission offered targeted support—updated maps, data, and sample sections—to help Weybridge officials rewrite the 2026–27 Town Plan; commissioners assigned section leads and agreed to include 4–5 year implementation plans and a town survey announced at Town Meeting in March.

Adam Lougee, Executive Director of the Addison County Regional Planning Commission, told the Weybridge Planning Commission on Jan. 13 that ACRPC staff will provide targeted assistance to help the town rewrite its 2026–27 Town Plan after the town was denied grant funding. Lougee said ACRPC will update maps and data and provide sample sections for topics including transportation, flood resiliency and forest blocks, future land use, population and housing, the town survey, and an enhanced energy update.
