The Weybridge Selectboard held an executive session from 9:35 to 10:32 p.m. on Dec. 2. Upon returning to public session, Kelly Flynn moved — Stacey Rainey seconded — that the board create a personnel policy 'with knowledge of the Board'; the motion passed unanimously. Flynn then moved — Rainey seconded — to investigate third-party payroll companies; that motion also passed unanimously.
