Zoning Administrator Becca Fuap briefed the board on several planning items. She said rules of procedure for both the zoning commission and the board of adjustment had been rewritten to align with the recently adopted zoning ordinance and signed by respective chairs; she will bring a read-and-appeal resolution forward for board consideration.
Fuap reported the zoning commission recommended approval of the Jackson Estates preliminary plat and that the commission continues to make progress on a draft data-center ordinance despite having canceled January and March meetings due to weather. She also said permit work and general ordinance inquiries remain ongoing and thanked staff for support; supervisors thanked Fuap for the thorough work and follow-up.
