Brooks County OKs TAC ACA reporting service at $1.50 per employee
Brooks County Commissioners voted unanimously March 26 to join the TAC ACA Reporting and Tracking Services Program; HR official Katy Salinas said TAC will charge $1.50 per employee annually to produce 1095-C forms and maintain payroll insurance tracking.

Katy Salinas of the county HR Department told the court the TAC ACA Reporting and Tracking Services Program will generate 1095-C forms and help the county track employee insurance status. "TAC will be charging the County $1.50 per employee once a year," Salinas said on the record. Commissioner Nora Salinas moved to approve participation; Commissioner Rolando Gutierrez seconded. The motion passed by unanimous roll-call vote.
