Frances Gonzolez of 313 Grant Street submitted a message to the town website asking the council to reimburse her for the cost of a plumber and for chemicals she has purchased since last July. She described hardships including having "a port-a-potty in front of her house for months" and "raw sewage in her backyard," and asked the council to consider reimbursement.
