HRA Executive Director Amber Huebner updated the board on the Lakeside Apartment project and said she is working on four tenant vouchers for the City of Beardsley. Huebner also said she is exploring a pre-development grant and a Capital Needs Assessment grant for Home-Rite Apartments to determine whether acquiring the property for low-income housing would be feasible.
