The Soap Lake City Council reviewed and accepted the RMSA (AWC Risk Management Service Agency) bylaws and interlocal agreement and subsequently passed Resolution No. 2024-1026 authorizing membership. Councilmember Rushton moved acceptance of the bylaws and interlocal agreement and Councilmember Carson seconded the motion; the council later approved the membership resolution by similar unanimous votes.
