The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved a subdivision request by property owner Mary A. Zuniga for 920 E. Buckeye St. and 920 1/2 E. Buckeye St. on June 15, 2026, provided each resulting lot meets the minimum yard-size requirements in the city ordinance. Commissioner Steve Fox moved for conditional approval and Commissioner Karen Lively seconded; the motion passed on a roll-call vote with all commissioners voting aye.
