The St. Maries City Council voted to approve ITD/LHTAC Agreement 97217 (Project No. A024(688), Key No. 24688) for sidewalks along S. 2nd Street between College Avenue and Dakota Avenue. Terrun Zolman of Lake City Law explained an arbitration provision in the agreement and clarified that arbitration was not binding and parties could choose not to arbitrate.
