The board reviewed several payroll changes at its Jan. 13 meeting. The minutes list pay rates and role updates: Justin Wessley (Engineering Tech/Assistant Main Foreman) at $31.67 per hour; Melinda Maine (Jailer) at $27.78 per hour; Elizabeth Freitag (Clerk) at $20 per hour; and a resignation from Patricia Wagg was recorded.
