Staff: Heritage Park electronics delay pushes public availability to mid‑October
City staff told the advisory board that D3 phase 2 substantial completion for streets and alleys targets Aug. 18, but Heritage Park systems need additional testing and the park will not be available until Oct. 17.

During the construction update, staff reported the D3 phase 2 target for substantial completion of streets and alleys remains Aug. 18, contingent on schedule. "August 18 is still the date, of substantial completion," staff said. However, Heritage Park’s electrical and audio systems require further testing and cleanup; staff said the park would likely not be available for public use until Oct. 17.
