Scott Lyons (community development) presented Ordinance 648 as an omnibus update to correct reference citations, streamline temporary-use-permit authority to the planning commission (reducing previously stated permit terms from two years to one year and adding revocation language), align daycare-home language with state licensing requirements, and move recreational-vehicle occupancy rules out of an agritourism chapter into a countywide chapter with clarified exemptions.
